At Titan Co, all our products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted print partner. This helps us reduce waste and deliver quality items made just for you.

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, but most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is placed.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

International Orders

We currently ship to a range of countries, and international shipping rates are also calculated at checkout. Please note that some deliveries may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your location.

Made-to-Order

Because each item is made specifically for you, please allow extra time during busy periods. This approach allows us to keep things sustainable while still delivering high-quality products.

10. International Orders

We’re currently adding international shipping. Please email hello@titanco.co.uk for a quote.

11. Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt. Notify us within 7 days at hello@titanco.co.uk with your name, order number, and reason for return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

12. Refunds

Once we inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval and issue a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.

13. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, you must claim compensation directly with Royal Mail (limit: £20).

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
